Taborn has been a case manager for 1 year and loves assisting returning citizens when they come home from the correctional facilities and reconnect with their families.

Margaret Hilliard conwayMargaret Hilliard Conway is a native of Louisburg, North Carolina. Married to Atcheson Conway. Educated in the Franklin County public school. Received a BS degree in Business Administration from North Carolina Central University in 1979. Currently working at Eaton Corporation as a Training Coordinator. Received a certificate in Christian Leadership from the Youngsville Continuing Education Center, which is a certificate program of Apex School of Theology. License to preach the gospel on August 2006 and was ordained to preach the Gospel on November 22, 2009. She is an Associate Minister at Nelson Chapel Missionary Baptist Church. A member of North Carolina Association for Women in Ministry Franklin County Chapter serving as the Secretary. She is a member of Franklin Area Clergical Ecumenical Society (FACES) serving as secretary. Serve on the Executive Board of the Franklin County Re-Entry Program as Treasurer. Attended North Carolina A & T State University majored in Business Administration. Currently working for North Carolina Department of Insurance as an Administrative Specialist II. Received a certificate in Christian Leadership from the Youngsville Continuing Education Center, which is a certificate program of Apex School of Theology. License to preach the gospel on November 2011 and was ordained to preach the Gospel on November 9, 2014. He is an Associate Minister at Nelson Chapel Missionary Baptist Church. He is a member of Franklin Area Clergical Ecumenical Society (FACES) serving as Chaplain. Serve on the Executive Board of the Franklin County Re-Entry Program as Director of Food Program Committee. Co-Founder of Your Choice Ministries. An outreach ministry working to provide the needs of our community.

bishop dr. mcclainBishop Dr. McClain is the Founder and Pastor of L.I.F.E. Christian Fellowship Inc., Raleigh, NC; where he resides with his wife, Ann Laws McClain. Bishop McClain accepted Jesus Christ as his personal Savior in September of 1970 and is a twenty-year veteran of the United States Marine Corp, which gave him a world view of how much work is needed to disseminate the teachings of Christ to the lost souls in the world. In 2001 Bishop Dr.McClain responded to the call to spread the Gospel of Jesus Christ, and was ordained as a minister of the Gospel in January 2006. Bishop McClain holds a Bachelor of Science Degree (BS) in Psychology and a Master of Divinity (M-Div) in Theology, both from Shaw University. In 2016 he received his Doctor of Divinity from United Cornerstone University through Citadel Ministries International and was elevated to the Office of Bishop in 2018. Bishop Dr. McClain has directed many lost souls to Christ, and provided ministry locally and in such places as Crete, Greece; Kenya Mombasa, Africa; The Philippines; and New Orleans to name a few. In 2018 Bishop McClain retired from Department of Homeland Security. During his time at RDU International Airport he served as the Part-time Chaplin. Bishop Dr. McClain has a heart for evangelism and lives daily by Philippians 4:13, which states I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.

Dr. Felicia WARD hARDYA deep love of scripture and the desire to study the word of God, led Dr. Hardy to Shaw University Divinity School in the Spring of 2001. Dr. Hardy has held the position of Instructional Development Specialist at St. Augustine’s University and Adjunct Professor with Vance Granville Community College, Louisburg College and Shaw University Divinity School. Dr. Hardy is Past Moderator for the Presbyterian Church, USA Synod of the Mid Atlantic and Past Moderator of New Hope Presbytery. A fourth generation Presbyterian and life member of Davie Street Presbyterian Church, she is blessed to be Commissioned to St. Paul Presbyterian Church in Louisburg, NC. The daughter of Mr. William Henry Ward and Mrs. Dorothy Williams Ward she celebrates 44 years of marriage to Dr. James G. Hardy. They have three daughters, Dr. Alecia Ward Hardy, Dr. Jamie Ward Hardy and Miss Jamecia Ward Hardy. Her only brother is Dr. Everett B. Ward.

mELVIN dAVISMelvin Davis is a photographer and a web-developer. On February 9, 2018, he became a ceritified peer support specialist and later became a Certified Substance Abuse Counselour (C.S.A.C) for Rapha Healthcare Service. He loves helping people better themselves. Davis believes in God and believes that everyone deserves another chance.

Attorney Reatter E. NealAttorney Reatter E. Neal was born and raised in Bunn, North Carolina. She is the owner and founder of The Law Office Of Reatter E. Neal, PLLC. She is a graduate of UNC-Greensboro, where she received a Bachelors of Arts in political science and Spanish with honors. Upon completion of her undergraduate studies, she immediately enrolled into NCCU School of Law. While at NCCU School of Law, she fell in love with criminal law. She graduated from NCCU School of Law with honors in 2021. She has experience from interning in the Wake County Public Defender’s Office and private practice. She has witnessed the faults in our justice system, and she wants to be an agent of change. Her goal for all of her clients is to assist them in making informed decisions and understand the consequences of their decisions. She practices criminal law and family law. When she isn’t in the courtroom, she spends her free time participating in her sorority, Chi Rho Omega Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha sorority Inc. She is an active member of Rocky Chapel Missionary Baptist. Reatter is here to serve her community and is happy to assist in anyway possible.
